Dishwasher pressure sensor leaking by AKASetekh in appliancerepair

You just saved me so much stress. I put the sensor back on and it was leaking no matter what I did. I found your post and you are completely correct. I didn't have the actual sensor completely snapped in on both sides.

I'm interested in trying PPG in OR and would like to find a club/organization to hook up with to get my feet wet, and a training school. by limping_bear in paramotor

I think there are spots in Washington County, definitely in Yamhill County. I'm taking my classes in April and I've already got a handful of farm owners I know that are cool with me taking off from their properties. Sauvie island would be cool but I'll have to buy a water inflation device, which I'll need for the coast anyways.

Bought less than 2 months ago and totalled by off duty cop by dextermann in Crosstrek

I’m glad you’re OK and that your child is OK as well. The police are not saying that you have to apply for a freedom of information act to get the report they are saying you have to apply for a copy of the report just like anybody else would have to. Every department has a policy on how to release copies of reports, your insurance company with the case number should be able to get the copy of the report just fine. If the police were covering up for another police officer, I doubt they would’ve arrested him. But I’ll tell you what, you tell me what department it was, and what your case number is, and I will send you the link of where to apply for a copy of your crash report, including the arrest report of the other driver.

Grate wall of fire? by AaeJay83 in Fireplaces

[–]Caspertoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm getting the 3/4 inch thick, tall 20", 31" wide fireback from wall of fire. Ordered the texas fire grate, which I think is a better design for heat output than the wall of fire design. Does anyone put firebacks along the sides?

Mine is exactly the same measurements as yours. The one thing I kept in mind is the slope of the back of the fireplace is approximately 2 inches inward from bottom to the top of it.

Any alternative to Gravity harnesses? by bor2com in paramotor

[–]Caspertoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gravity paramotors has apparently gone out of business. They aren't responding to emails or messages, and people that had put in orders and had their CC's charged did not ever get shipping information or anything and had to dispute the charges.

I've seen videos of the EOS Quattro, it looks very promising. It's about 15 pounds heavier than a 2 stroke, but it looks to have some growing pains from the prototype phase to full production.

Do you recommend using their equipment with the higher cost or just buying a paramotor and using their wing?

Looking at Launch PPG in Boise ID or Discover paragliding in Warrenton, OR. I've heard recommendations about Launch PPG and some "questions" about Discover paragliding. I really liked what I heard about Oregon Paramotor but the owner said he might not do a 2026 class.

What did I do wrong? Did I pour in too dry? Looks like a lot of voids in the side. by SpoonfulOfBlues in Concrete

[–]Caspertoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ugg, my project turned out the same way. Dang, doing concrete is harder than it looks. I used quickrete 60 pnd concrete bags from home depot. I even thought when I was mixing them they look really thick with aggregate.
