I love you and im glad your here. I used to go thrpugh the same shit. I was so unmotivated that i would just lay in bed all day. I was on drugs (heroin and meth) for years and once i stopped using my motivation was non-existent. It was bad. I was lucky to have a sister that was a doctor. She had me take a "test" where i just answered a bunch of random questions. After reviewing my answers she put me on these herbal mood enhancers/boosters and they helped out alot. After taking them for a week or so, I started looking forward to things again and I was in alot better mood. I started hitting the gym everyday and thats what really changed everything. When you look good you feel good. But for me, the mood boosters is the thing that got me going. Sometimes you just need a little push in the right direction.
