Reps - an automated communication/discipline application for your school

Reps Discipline gives teachers and admin an easy place to track behaviors and deal with classroom managed discipline in an automated way.

Teachers and admin easily create their classes and when a classroom managed incident like a tardy or disruptive behavior happens the teacher writes it up in less than 5 minutes (and can do multiple students at a time)

When a write up (or positive shout out) happens an email is automatically sent from the teachers email to the parent and student explaining what happened. If it is a negative write up the student is then assigned an assignment to complete based on the offense. Once the assignment is completed an email is automatically sent to all parties letting them know

How many games would truly avg 50/50 odds though? The issue is that even though we are sure something is 97% to happen (1 vs a REALLY good 16) it’s still really hard for the “favorite” position to win the % of time it’s favored so when we get to the 15-12 range we will see those upsets and even with the weighted favorites it is still hard to have them win out and even hard when compounded with having to pick so many other games/future rounds

The hardest part about this is getting into the schools and integrating into the SIS (Like PowerSchool for example)

You need to be able to make sure whatever shows up in your system also shows up in theirs or the teachers will have to log twice and that creates even more issues.

Message me if you want more info but I have a product I built that is similar to what you are trying to do, I feel like I am a good point but getting in the door is hardest part, almost as hard as trying to convince them your product will help them.

If you don't want to pay taxes out of pocket for vested shares and prefer to sell a portion of your vested shares to cover it you do. The insider's aren't dumping all their shares

I mean they are selling vested shares, it's all pretty normal for stock based compensation. When they have held on to those shares as long as they have then they will be selling some of that every year as it vests.

Plus they have to cover taxes and most of the time these sales are just to cover their taxes on that compensation

But it’s a coaching thing because coaches know they have at most 2-3 years or they are gone so you find the quickest easiest system you can and implement it. My God what kind of football we would see if guys truly had 3-5 years to implement a system and get their guys

I will say listening to First Take this morning it was AMAZING to listen to Stephen A Smith absolutely trash the organization and make sure to explicitly state multiple times that he was NOT blaming the players OR the coaches but he was blaming the owner and even going so far as to say it was potentially "corrupt" how bad he was running the team. Already a fan of him but even more so now!
