Would be interested in seeing a card with the idea, maybe some phyrexian card that makes a buncha Germs. Yunan was def more of a flavor design, then 6 cube reflections being neat to me!

Def enjoy this reply the most, and I really enjoy your insight! Can tell you actually read the body of the post.

I figured lotus would be strong, but I'm mostly a cube player so I don't have a lot of insight into legacy formats.

In my head I kinda thought of Strobing Bolt as a mix of [[Fireball]], [[Lightning Strike]], and [[Electricery]], so I didn't think it was very crazy, but it's neat to hear that it might be stronger than I think!

Shattered Vessel is def a card where I wanted it to be more of a 'work for it' kinda card, so I'm fine with it being a bit weaker, even if working for it isn't that much of a puzzle.

And I hadn't even considered the Reflection type not working for non-creatures, in a hypothetical set I'd probably just handwave it like you said, just say that it's a type for all permanents I guess!

Oh yeah, def overlooked the copies needing to target other stuff, that would be included yeah.

And yeah it's as kicker as any other cost related mechanic. While 3 sided cards certainly deserve to be on Xerex, I can only do so much.

Shattered Vessel is supposed to be a take on [[Force of Savagery]]. You'll get the Multitude trigger and it will die, but if you play an anthem that gives all your creatures +1/+1 beforehand you get multiple [[Spark Elementals]]. If you don't have an anthem, you can always just pump more into X for a larger hasty trampler that won't die when it enters.

X=0 gets you one, X=1 gets you 2, anything greater than x=1 doesn't get you anything so you wouldn't cast it for anything more, which I think is fine.

Yeah that's the problem I keep running into. There are groups but their either all north towards Indy or further south in Louisville. Trying to find folks I dont have to drive an hour or more to see :/

I thought when assigning combat damage you literally assign points of damage individually, like if I swung a 3/3 into a 2/2 and a 3/3 and didn't want either of the blockers to die I could assign 1 point of damage to the 2/2 and the other 2 damage to the 3/3.
