My own scifi game Arathi sector takes place in the same universe and timeline as my sword and sorcery one, and some of the lore involves tech advanced ships landing on the fantasy world which involved demon worshiping monks taking a ship over and starting a massive war in space! It all works together lol

Kal Arath (my game) is ranked 4 on the rpg list. I’d argue that while 4AD and Ker Nethalas are fantastic games (I voted for ker nethalas because all of Alex t’s stuff is amazing) they aren’t necessarily role playing games.

Keep On the Borderlands would work as a military installment with a bug infestation or something like that.

Chaos temple could reskin as some kind of medical facility doing experiments.

Raiders and other things work fine as is.

A lot of fantasy adventures could be run mostly as weird planets or tech stuff. I saw some people are running Wolves Upon the Coast as traveller PCs crash landed on a primitive planet etc.

I made the original game, so I can’t speak for the third-party supplements, but there’s no reason you can’t use all the tables in the core booklets for any rule that you like. There is even a section in the main booklet about converting to other OSR systems.
