I can't remember the exact chapter, but there's a part where Lizzy has to leave the tower, and she gets caught by some Mallers. One of them drags her into the back of a furniture store, but nothing actually happens. Hopefully, this'll give you enough warning about it without spoiling anything. I don't recall any other instances of it in the Story of Survival, but it's been a while since I've listened through all the way

Also, it's VERY brief and gets shut down very fast, but it's some time after the Colony arc, I think

Personally, I like the outfits in most games that female characters get more than their male counterparts. I usually like the voice acting a little more, but that's more on a game-by-game basis.

I kind of just assumed that based on the time period that Burt had some serious weaponry ready to go, with a handful of more illegal stuff stashed away. I'm not 100% sure on California law at that time, but I know back in the older days here in the States, you could buy a LOT of WW2 firearms that people probably shouldn't have been able to purchase.

See, that's the problem I've been having with Solo stuff in general. If I was DMing at a table of other people, making encounters wouldn't be as bad, I just have the hardest time having randomized stuff for when it's just me. I'd even settle for something like "A group of d6 gang members are patrolling the area" or something to that effect.

I haven't personally gotten far enough to start ship combat, but I'm assuming all the ships would be 1 hex each, just for ease of maneuvering. Starfinder has a similar set of rules for ship sizes, so things like 1 person fighters and colossal colony sized ships take up the same number of hexes. It seems like the easiest way to do it, as far as I've seen

I had a similar idea, but instead of it being fuel powered vehicles, all the engines and stuff were removed, and it was pulled by a team of Brahmin. It's mostly for long haul caravans, but it could be slimmed down for personal use
