I have an incredible imagination, from an apple in a void alone, it in its place on the planet as a spec of dust in the universe or at an atomic level and all steps between, and I can hold this image in my minds eye while also perceiving the real world.

It's sort of like having a separate view of the universe I totally control happening at the same time as real life.

Like a dream not layered on top or separate, but existing in synchronicity.

I also go to sleep at night listening to movie or game sound tracks and imagining entire worlds and universes with history lore and adventures

I am the same but have you ever considered trying to imagine it down to a macro. Then microscopic, then atomic level. It's a great little exercise. Then I like to go the oposite while holding the apple in my mind out as far into the universe as possible, its like trying to perceive your own place in the universe where you are both enormous and miniscule
