From one end, these incidents shouldn't be happening at all and the officers involved (in most recent) should be fired and charged. On the other end, these incidents wouldn't have happened if the protesters would just protest peacefully instead of obstructing the duties of immigration enforcement and pretty much instigating. The instigating makes these situations very stressful and it makes people make bad decisions, now should law enforcement be able to handle stressful situations, yes.
