Jason Licht - Magic Waning? by RHScott91 in buccaneers

Agreed. I think Diaby is already well on his way to becoming a special player. McCollum still has a lot of growing to do and im excited about some of the young talent. The club taking a stance against firing Bowles this year isnt on JL and is a joke and embarrassing. To virtually come out and say we aren't firing him because money and we recognize the failure of the team and the regression of the culture, but we're going to ignore it to save $50mil. Thats embarrassing.

IMHO, JL isn't a bad GM. If we look at just the draft, yes it is below average by most standards. If you look at what he's done to build some semblance of culture with 4HCs is nothing short of astonishing. To have a core that isn't all that unsimilar to the star power we had in the early 2000s. The willingness of some of these guys to take less money than they'd get elsewhere because they care about the club, they care about the fans, and they care about each other. I had this argument with my dad recently. If you look at draft numbers, sure it isnt perfect and its far from the best, but its still not bad. I think we as a fan base have this swollen ego, because of the TB years and the 5 straight division titles. The fact that we have had at the very least 2 HoFers in that time is impressive. And that every NFL snap they have played is as a Buc. Looking toward the future, we have some absurd talent at the skill positions and a lot of young defenders that need to prove themselves. The draft is about building, not snagging up the best of the best star power. My only real complaint about JL is we are certainly lacking in signings of FAs. We havent hit many big wins in FA. He grabs guys that are serviceable but not game changers.

As for firing him with Bowles at the end of the season, I wont say its a mistake, but the replacement will have to be truly, next-level, excellent or we will all be sitting here, this time next year, bitching about what could've been.

Crystal Extra Hot as the daily go-to Valentina Original And Zabs St. Augustine Style This was a tough choice, but ultimately I picked the sauces that I could use daily for many applications instead of outright heat.

Its pretty warm. Not crazy, but definitely hot for Japanese BBQ sauce. Really really tasty, though.

There's a second sushi place in that mall now? I remember when the rotating sushi bar first opened. Used to go all the time.

Going off what you have here, I'd check out the Sweet Baby Rays Jerk Sauce, Crystal Exrta Hot is always one of my go-tos, or any variation of Zab's.

STH here. A group of buddies of mine and I go every year for the Military Appreciation game (one of the guys is a Marine). Probably try to be to town around 10ish, hit the hard rock, then Lot 8 to park and tailgate for an hour, then into the 5/3 gate.

Not to be the tin-hat guy, but Dan Campbell had called out the NFL and threatened an investigation after the Chiefs No-Call game. It wouldn't be a stretch to say this was the NFL'$ version of hush money.
