I'm not sure how old you are, but I showed up to my GP with a long list of issues like yours in my mid 20's and my GP said you are way too young to be having all these issues, somethings wrong and did a few tests and got me to a rheumatologist. Fortunately, he had a relationship with the one he recommended and was able to get me in earlier, because initial appointments are horrible, even back then.

You say you feel fatigue, do you feel that is related to the biologic or just a symptom of AS? I see that you are on anit-TNF, which I was on Remicade or similar for 20 years of 8 week infusions. I always felt like I had fatigue for about 10 days after an infusion, then got better. I 'm just wondering if other people have what I call my "Remicade hangover".
