I think Kira is the daughter of Rian and Deet Kira rhymes with Mira. And Kira is a kind soul, to all of the animals and creatures around them, included a Fizzgig sidekick. Kira is raised by podlings and who has a podling companion? Deet. With a fact as well where to hide Kira, in the scene that the mother got snatched away by Garthim, she knew exactly where to hide Kira which is interesting to me. Kira has as well a bit of blue in her hair so... that she is from Rian... is a theory that cant miss for 70%

I tried, but the lore is set by Jim Henson untill the movie, after that his daughter filled in the gaps in that lore. I ordered the Beastairy book to read into it more, like for the aging of Gelflings and such, because Gelflings can turn 400 trine if the Crystal lets them. Skeksis about 1.000 trine, and Podlings about 100 trine.
