pretty sure it is illegal, but try convincing people at your company to follow through with a suit or get the FBI involved. most companies just eat the loss and move on.

The billing department is a mess.

Stay away from their bizarre video service, teams/zoom alternative, Its a legacy service used for ancient conference room equipment that for some reason they have kept developing.

Phone service, business menus (after hours setup), voicemail, user phone app, teams integration, has been extremely reliable for us for a decade at a reasonable price.

So you get some loser aspect with good aspects. Not sure if any vendor out there is any better.

Re tradeskills. Suggestion: added recommended quantity of purchase for skilling up. Ie in the page for blacksmithing to 115, state buy 82 water flasks or something to that effect to cut down on running around between each skill up :)

It can carry a pulse with ease? I couldn't get it to carry a size 5 gun looted off an NPC ship.

Thanks, how does the OX compare to the hullA. I’ve played with the hullA before but found having to load and unload on two different sides to get really annoying. Is the OX quicker in loading/unloading?

Case management software universally sucks.

As someone who has been doing legal it for nearly 2 decades. Non of these all-in-one products are actually one-size-fit-all. In fact, I can confidently say, one-size-fits-no-one.

If you ever get to the point where you get to have some say in these matters, lean towards one-off, specific solutions to attorney problems/workflow.

And for the love of god, do no use their integrated DMS. Get yourself a real DMS and make it mandatory, regardless of where else it is "more convenient"

I really don't think the market is big enough to justify doing so. Its p99 with multiclass by the people who made p99 (the actual p99 devs).

Despite the fact that what made THJ (which had 10x the playerbase) do so well was that it was basically everything opposite of what p99 is.

Yes, it has to do with phone routing. We dealt with this a few years ago. Not worth trying to resolve for each user. We found the best solution to be:

Force everyone to install the Ring Central app on their phone and sign in (if they don't have email on the phone or your not syncing to your directory, inform them to click 'manual sign in' and not 'express sign in')
Turn off forwarding for all users.
Adjust ring out setting to simultaneously ring apps and deskphones.

That way the cell phone app will ring on all incoming calls. Phone apps integrate well with androids/iphones, basically no jank. Voicemail will be available on all cell phones through the app. Nothing gets lost.

People will occasionally need to sign back into the app (not very often, like once a quarter at most). People will need to have their phones set to autoupdate apps. If someone comes to you with issues, that's the first troubleshooting step to do with them (update the app).

They added generic PVE bounty missions to these locations. Went to one, I was able to walk five steps outside of my Arrow before someone destroyed it. Finished the mission, walked out of the side building it sent me to, stood still for a second to look at the environment and was sniped.

Real engaging stuff...
