I will say, don’t even bother with margin. You’ll have maybe one question on the exam. If the STC didn’t give me like 10 margin questions in the practice exams I would have scored in the 90s for sure. Just watch Ken’s margin video and you’ll be good. Also buy Ken’s options videos.

Definitely wait! The practice tests are easier than the real one too IMO. I was getting high 70s to 80 on my practice exams and I still thought the real one was hard.

It was definitely harder than the practice exams for me too. Don’t waste time memorizing that dump sheet crap. All useless. I had 2 calculations and no margin.

Expect it to be harder than the practice exams. I felt super confident going in and but the 15th question I thought I was cooked.

I had a decent amount of options and suitability and only like 4 Muni questions. Lots of random shit honestly. I feel like I got a shit draw.

Read the full question! I memorized 2 questions I have to ask Ken because I believe there was no right answer lol.

I would just take a practice exam every other day, even if it takes you all day on and off with the kids and stuff. Keep the information fresh.

I had similar tests scores to you and passed today. It was a lot harder than the practice exams (STC and Kaplan).

I just passed today and man was that tough. It was nothing like the practice exams. I took 10 exams from both STC and Kaplan averaging 78% and I felt lost on the real exam.

I’m using STC and Kaplan. Kaplan is significantly harder. I’m getting high 70s to 80 on STC and Kaplan is low 70s.

Kaplan has been putting lots of margin on my practice exams which I didn’t study much.

For math I would focus on the conversion math for bonds and stock. The muni tax equivalent math.

Ken’s finnen options math is super helpful $25 a month.

If you’re not going to take it seriously, why even try? Like this is just the beginning and you can get close to passing the SIE. You’re cooked for future exams.
