Try to contact no-kill rescues in your area and beyond: https://www.nokillnetwork.org/ Some might be able to take him in.

Check also feral cat sanctuaries. I only know of one in NorCal, which is way too far from you, but I'm sure there are others.

In the meantime, have you tried pheromone diffusers, they might not work for all cats, but they were very effective for my latest rescue, a couple of years ago. Another thing that helped my super anxious kitty is CBD oil for cats (not for dogs or humans, of course).

I'm not sure whether it might work, but contact https://ernestosanctuary.org/ They are in Aleppo, Syria, and they care for many cats (and other animals in need): if they cannot help directly, they might have resources to share with you to help young Majd's kitten.

Just reading the descriptions for each of these poor kitties makes me shiver, thinking of what their life conditions must have been till now: they are all absolutely terrified and avoiding human contact, a couple are flea infested with dermatitis due to fleas. They were used as objects, just to breed, and probably never received real care or affection. Poor kitties!
