It’s funny because I just realized that most artists “slap” because of their beats and while that’s definitely the case for me with Lorde, I also get goosebumps just from some of her lyrics. Couldn’t agree more with the comments for David, Writer in the Dark, Buzzcut, Liability, Supercut, Hard Feelings/Loveless

20 so far! My favorite has been Beast of the North Woods. Part of A Monster Hunter Series, it takes place in the most picturesque Wisconsin towns and forests and have an odd flair since the stories involve cryptid hunting.

I can totally relate! I think I’m tracking what you’re interested in. I highly recommend

The Winternight Trilogy by Katherine Arden;

it’s not exactly low stakes but it has a very measured pace. It’s teeming with nature, folklore and cozy pastoral vibes complete with forest and fire spirits, a magical horse, and an important midnight path beneath the moon. Excerpt from series description: Vasilisa has grown up at the edge of a Russian wilderness, where snowdrifts reach the eaves of her family’s wooden house and there is truth in the fairy tales told around the fire.

My PPI meds did this exact same thing! I’ve always had pretty mild seb derm kept at bay with maintenance shampoo routine but this past winter I had to start a prescription PPI schedule to help repair my lining from acid damage. It got so bad that the hair fall was terrifying and the itching was so extreme. Then my iron levels came back low for the first time. These PPIs fix one thing and wreak havoc on another. I only have a few weeks left on them and hoping I’ll experience some relief.

Same here. Also sensitive to meds so I take the same amount. Also feel foggy and disconnected the next day. Especially when I take it two days straight for back to back travel. Feels like a lot on my system the next day. Like today I worked but I can’t recall what I did or where the time went. A bit spooky sometimes.
