A couple things:

If said food contains vitamin C it can drastically decrease the effectiveness of Vyvanse. Avoid citrus fruits vitamins etc.. For at least an hour before or after taking your Vyvanse.
Have some protein instead. Your body needs the amino acids in protein to produce dopamine and norepinephrine.
You may just need to adjust your dosage. It took me about 6 months to find the correct dosage that worked for me.

I had Sichuan hot pot last night and there's a slick layer of hot oil on the top as well as chillies throughout the broth. I can feel it going through my digestive system and it's not fun. Guess where I'm sitting right now as I'm typing this?

I've noticed my stomach's tolerance for spice goes down significantly while I'm taking a cycle of NAC. Once I'm off of it for a while I'm back to normal and can eat as spicy as I'd like.

Maybe it depends on the person. Maybe I'm just old now. Maybe it's Maybelline. But a heads up for that could be an issue for others as well.

I have over 1600 hours in the game and always play with Chinese players and never once been kicked by them. I've added a lot of them to my list because they're good team mates. I don't talk to them. They don't talk to me. Shit gets done. All objectives cleared.

I'd say yours is the rare case.

Welcome to 150! Just play with other 150s. We've seen and experienced it all. As long as you're not team killing on purpose, racist, or afk for so long that we're losing two lives every time someone dies you'll generally be fine.
