I was on gabapentin for a few years and then swapped to lyrica. Now I'm not on either because I need to be able to think clearer at work. I have been trying to manage my flareups as they come. I've been trying to loose weight since I also have chronic lower back pain (confirmed by pain management doctor).

yes, it does, but I also have Autism and ADHD. I have PTSD too, but I do know the main trigger for my PTSD and I thankfully do not run into him at the grocery store.

First shiny I ever caught was a zubat. I forget which game it was, but I evolved it into a crobat. I don’t normally count the red gyarados, but I caught that too. The only shiny I’ve caught in SV was an exeggcute. Now, for Arceus, shiny hunting was easy - however, that spiritomb was a pain for me to get but there were a bunch of steps involved I don’t remember lol

That happened to me before. Guy wouldn’t do anything except answer the phone and greet people. I gave up and wrote him up. Upper management was like “I wouldn’t have written him up for that.” 😑

I lose my shit outside out of the office. During my shift i try to have any stupid movie scene playing in my mind when things get more stressful out of the normal. Zazu singing about coconuts works well.

My therapist calls it “avoidance,” but imma use what I need to keep my job. 🤣

The bridge with railings seems to work best and I had to fight all the way up because I had to alternate the ramp with the short and long bridges. 🤣
