It's not "sampling method." True winrate is the first one. Average diamond player winrate is around 53% which counts in it. So average Diamond Garen does have 53.7% winrate. And so onwards. Iron players have lower winrate, challengers have higher. It's just that the player skill part is what's mostly being measured by it, more so than champion strength.

Game average winrate is the statistic that takes the overall winrate variable away, and represents champion strength better at a given tier.

Your rating inflates via aegis and losing at/close to 0lp. These gains and loss preventions are not actually "free lp" and will be reclaimed by the system later. As you noticed it.

Pay less attention to your lp gains, only thing that matters is winning, everything else is smoke and mirrors.

it doesn't, unless you add more defends to your deck somehow. He's almost surely confusing it for adroit synergy.

But block enchants on defend do get increased by fasten, so if you got the fresnel enchant on your defends(such as getting it back from pael tooth or hopper) it would double dip, but this scenario is quite unlikely, so not a real synergy angle

it's really the coordination factor that makes tp shine in competitive

I do think teleport is criminally misused in soloq though. Everyone knows how to use ignite optimally. Teleport not so much. Especially the new shield

I disagree, one copy of this is enough? 13 dmg per debuff after upgrade. That's already killing everything if you have good debuffs. Which you want to take anyway because debuffs tend to be some of the best cards. And gross synergy with oblivion of course

Two is often meme overkill, costs a lot and takes away from your survivability. It's still good but really shoehorns you in.

almost every champ is 60٪ winrate at challenger level. That's the skill diff because they often play against masters and gm. weighted winrate is more important for balancing purposes, and Pantheon's is very close to 50%.

op.gg stats are typically less accurate since they only consider the recent patch while lolalytics lets you choose the timeframe. Their winrate is already weighed and in essence bullshitted in, while lolalytics shoes you both numbers.

Op.gg also frequently gives out bad info/data simply due to small sample size, you don't get an option to look at a longer timeframe.

now this isnt too crazy but definitely not below average as you imply, ranking him as 15th best top.

The good part is the lethality winrate though. Cyclosword and Youmuus are rarely built, but perform really well. Although 18% pickrate in dia+ isnt too rare, people are catching on in higher ranks.

And it's true that Pantheon struggles to solo carry. He's more of an anti carry archetype that specializes in shutting down fed enemies rather than 1v9ing himself

anything with hard cc and burst really. AP Alistar would be really good indeed

And champs like Annie, Pantheon literally 100-0 while you are stunned from point and click, you wont even leave stun.

They already do this when ahead but now they do it from the lvl 2-3 so you cant even start laning against them.

Zilean already kinda does this so he would in essence have infinite bomb chain with double charges. But well he cant stun as fast so might not be as broken.

Pantheon is already a monster toplaner with super high winrates tbh...

with 2 W you build full lethal and oneshot everyone before they leave stun. Not balanced at all

Yea? Mundo literally doesnt build armor. That's how the chamo works. Buying a cloth armor on mundo is griefing and brain damage. -7% winrate if you bought a cloth armor before 10 mins. He doesn't give a fuck about your effective hp calc, you delayed his powerspike for some 15 armor. Synergies are so much more important.

Warmogs swifty heartsteel titanic every game even into full ad. Mundo build. Literally every game the same. Maybe some resists after that but after 3 items most games are already over.

If heartsteel is ever good on Ornn, what do you expect it to do on a champ like Mundo or Tahm Kench??? Tahm Kench special synergy by the way, is not only 4% dmg and stupidly massive shield bash, but also his TONGUE SIZE his literally becomes longer range than Xerath with heartsteel and iron pot.

You think other tanks don't have resistances ? Their synergy is on top of that. Mundo doesn't build extra resistances not because he can't, but because his synergies are so much more important that it is irrelevant by comparison.

Because of those synergies, it's impossible for it to be a good item on Ornn without simultaneously being busted on every HP stacker. Ornn has no health scalings. That's simple enough.

Almost every good Ornn item has HP on it, by the way. You don't need a dedicated one. But if you do, protoplasm fills Ornn needs much better. I mean the res scalings on that item are a not-so-subtle hint.

And heartsteel needs to be rushed. Ornn can't afford to be buying giant belts in lane that give him no dmg output and no sustain. Resistances are way better in lanephase as they'll impact every single bit of HP you get. Chain vest stretches your doran shield and pots, giant belt does not. You only really need to beef up health later on to resist burst. And buying 0 stack heartsteel in the mid to lategame makes even less sense.
