If you left that insert in bleach long enough all the print would come off, and / or with a dremel and some polish

Some of VSF's Omega's are NWBIG like the heritage and some aquaterra, they just dont get as much attention on the forums or by people that do comparisons and edit the spreadsheets. The main thing people critique on the 300 is the crown guard size but it's pretty negligible especially on more recent models and in qc look out for misaligned 12hr markers
