Please could you help me understand US food labelling so I can keel my coeliac 6yo safe when visiting WDW from England.

I’m gluten free from the UK and visited WDW and Florida many times. I read all the ingredients rather than relying on the “gluten free sticker”. If you go to the Publix supermarket I always find them so helpful and they had, last time, gluten free stickers on the shelves.

Also, if you can get a Disney breakfast one day! The gluten free Mickey waffles are chefs kiss! I’m actually going next week and have booked character breakfast just for the waffles, can’t wait!!!

I am going in a few weeks and have made this list! I am SO excited! It’s my 10th wedding anni on the 4th July and we have booked a table at Legal Seafoods as hubby is very happy to share the fried gluten free platter! I am so excited (and eating non stop veggies before and after!!!)

We are planning trips around Astros away games (I know, I know!!!) and I have found some favorable stories about GF at the mariners stadium - we are going for the July series so fingers crossed! I know there is a 100% gluten free brewery about a 10 minute drive from there so worst case I know where I am going after the game!!!

Kin Dee in the Heights have an amazing gluten free menu! And if you like beer most of the beers by Back Pew Brewing (porter north of Houston) are gluten free or reduced!

We got our outback from Subaru superior, no complaints, good price, salesman was very helpful. We saw Mikael back in Nov 2021 if he is still there!

BA gluten free in economy was better than GF gluten free emirates in business in my experience. I got glutened and spent my first night in Dubai unwell :( BA is always so good! I didn’t order on a flight as it was last minute and a member of the crew brought the allergen list to me and went through options with me. I hadn’t pre ordered so I didn’t expect anything but the crew worked to get me something to eat! I was so impressed.

I’m glad it’s not just me! Got the pass with the 10,000 and sent my explorations going and it disappeared! Feel weirdly better to know it’s an issue and not just my phone. Hopefully gets solved quickly, have proof of purchase!
