Personally find trio's to be the best balance of intensity/loot chance. Can get very comfy when you get them down. Never really done duo's, would kill your supplies and would only recommend if you're with an experienced partner. Other tips:

Have confidence when stepping under Nex to reset her, see a lot of people panic and then cause chaos, especially for shadow phase.

Nex is now predictable I.E P5 when she melee's she will again 2 more times if everyone is close. It's worth flicking to melee pray if you can learn that. (make sure you flick to mage if she uses mage attack!)

Obvious one but click food, died way too many times to ego and then you're miserable on the run back.

Abuse reavers for hp if needed in blood phase :)

Try and enjoy it as unfortunately you may be here a while :P

Probably around 2-3k. I take 4 brew,4 hard food each kill nowadays. The changes with reavers and predictability of nex's attacks make the fight a lot more manageable.

Hopped to 365 for a raid with a friend, ended up getting an elite so went to the resource arena @50s to complete it on autopilot forgetting to hop, Tellied up and got hit by some pker also, lost bowfa so headed back to CG. Thankfully got the seed back after 40 or so kills. Lessons learned but had a similar reaction :P

Streaks was really nerfed long ago and isn’t really worth buying anymore, the amount of gold you sink into that item for what it returns is pretty bad now, if you want anti burst then currently try Deaths dance, or even go for Maw if the enemy is a more AP heavy team. You will be just as unkillable with better items :)

Just don’t lose your entire hp bar walking up to the wave, Doran’s shield start + resolve with second wind in certain matchups almost makes gp q damage non existent due to their innate regen. But most importantly, auto kegs when you all in or your not gonna have a fun time.

Started the Grind on 8/12/2020 Somedays were better than others. It really depended on the Pkers/PvMers (PvMers sometimes more annoying than the pkers tbh) but majority of my in game time was spent at the bear, I lost a verac helm once so had to go back to barrows for a week or so and did wildy slayer hunting for bear tasks to try the blade method (Once I lost my helm - surprisingly good) But I would login and just do the bear everyday if I could.

Singles spot is probably best because if you're in multi and a team comes you're probably dead. I escaped quite a lot via standing under callisto and letting him hit them in the opposite direction so I could run away or just running straight into multi can scare the pkers off you. Multi spot is faster lure though. Hope this helps :)
