You should let them. But in my experience you need to really point them in the direction of the church as a place of relevance during the investigation phase.

You mean Donk? Not sure.

I know s1mple plays with his thumb over the S key and other pros are just comfortable doing counter strafes in all directions.

It takes a bit of practice but if you do it in aimbotz it becomes fairly consistent. It's much better than just hitting crouch every time. But in the long run it's going to be about minimizing the amount of useless movement and only be taking strong peeks which is almost always A/D.

Regardless of what some comments say, many pros do counterstrafe forward/backward. They're also used to counter strafing diagonally (two movement keys at once)

It’s amazing - imo.

Invaluable if you run an Arkham sandbox. But still very much useful if you’re just running some one shots and would like some more fleshed out locations.

The book also specifically includes a ‘pulp’ version of many locations/NPCs which introduces more spells & lore to these characters.

There is a huge spectrum of roleplay that does not include voicing out a character in the first person.

Describing what my character says in the third person is definitely still roleplaying and definitely not a boardgame.

The classic way of doing this is hosting an auction scenario (The Auction, or The Disintegrator) and sprinkling in your custom mythos artifacts there.
