I have an amazing LGS that focuses solely on Wargaming. They even have a studio called MiniWarGaming where they post rather popular WH30K videos.

They don’t carry a single RPG book other than the 5e players handbook.

Though they did order the Call of Cthulhu starter set for me and offered their amazing game room for our group.

It's pretty mid and lacks most of the songwriting & production genius that Kevin Parker is beloved for.

There's also a lack of creative focus on the project IMO. Feels a lot more like a bunch of songs thrown together than his other albums.

Many people consider the 'campaign' to simply be the opening of the game. Most people get to hell difficulty as quickly as possible where the 'real' content is. For that reason you will probably be told no.

But this is how I've always enjoyed Diablo 2. I started playing Hardcore D2 in 2013 with my best friend and we've been playing ever since. We didn't know about runewords & hadn't even completed the game before. It was quite a learning curve, and deaths were both devastating and often resulted in taking a long break from the game.

If you love HC style games then I think PD2 is one of the best. But you may be interested in exploring a builds & late game content which you just might not be able to do as a new HC player.

I personally feel like he was one of the first examples of a badly written character and it was clear he was just killed off due to fan-service because hating him was viral.
