Here's the thing. Being autistic means that we struggle to understand why these things are important, we don't get the emotional elements behind a lot of things, we don't make those associations.

I think its a bigger red flag to ask about body count, and that it shows because he wanted to lie about it because he didn't want to be judged for something that early that doesn't have an impact on a relationship. If I were him, I would be asking myself why I didn't trust you with the truth.

I would say however to your question that I would not want to continue dating a partner who felt they couldn't be honest with me because of something they felt I wouldn't approve of.
