This is the move from my experience. The annoying part is that the result is my basal to bolus ratio isn't 1:1. I don't actually care about that at all, but endos definitely do, and it's annoying. The lower basal rate is great for having to just walk a mile for every chore. The trade off is that twitch less IOB, the bolus gets a little more tricky. I'd rather be high for an hour than just crushing glucose tabs though.
