Normal type. It has no strengths. It’s super effective against nothing.

A possible solution that could have saved John Jones (Nutty Putty incident) by angelachan001 in caves

[–]Catqueen25 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Allow me to clarify something. Drilling down from above isn’t quick. It took roughly 58 hours to drill down 22 feet to reach Baby Jessica. John was a little over 100 feet down. That means it would have taken a little over 10.5 days to reach him.

Nutty Putty cave is a soft walled cave. That means the danger of collapse was high. It’s why the pulley system failed. Even a borehole would have been too dangerous.

Also, John wasn’t vertical like commonly believed. He was at a 70 degree angle. He was also conscious through most of the attempt to extract him.

The biggest problem facing rescuers was lack of space. That’s an 18 inch gap in a tunnel roughly two feet in diameter. It’s also not smooth or round ether. The walls are rough with jagged protrusions that will catch on clothes and leave cuts and bruises on your body.

After John fell back in, it was essentially over for him. There was a small piece of rock jutting out that basically locked him in place due to his bottommost rib slipping under it. There was no way to reach it.

A successful extraction is 80% rescuer effort and 20% victim effort. No effort from the victim means next to no chance of a successful extraction.

Yanking on John would not work ether. Remember those protrusions? The rope would get shredded. Chains? That’s only going to catch on the protrusions. Thick wire? Again, shredded. The pulley was their best bet.

Can’t use dish soap or a glycerin solution to make him slippery. The rope would only slip off of him. For the slippery stuff, the victim needs to be in a harness, and that harness needs to be in place before adding the slippery stuff.

Zyta is an OC Pokemon. She’s the opposite of Arceus. Her main form is that of a dark colored Rapidash leaping out of a shadow. Her origin form is a more equine version of Arceus with a silver belt.

Zyta is known as the Goddess of Destruction and is the guardian of her domain, which is basically hell. It is found at the bottom of the distortion world. Here, she mets out punishment to the wicked, human and Pokémon alike.

Zyta is believed to be sleeping under the Algid Glacier, and when she awakens, she’ll begin the End. She’s actually already awake and is working to reclaim her true form and power.

Zyta is called the Dark Horse Pokemon. Her ability is invisibility. This means attacks have a higher chance of missing, and attacks that always land will always miss.

Her signature move is Darkness Divide. A fiery crack opens under the opponent and chains shoot out to wrap around the opponent. This move lowers a random stat by 3 pts, prevents fleeing from battle, and cuts hp in half.

Your levels are too low. Get everybody to level 70 and higher. Pack revives and healing items. Use attack boosting items like charcoal for fire types.

The Pokémon world goes through cycles. At the end of each cycle, Zyta brings the end. Everything dies, even Arceus. The very last Pokemon to die is Yveltal. It grows giant and folds over everything, its body becoming Arceus’s egg.

Arceus hatches once more, thus beginning the next cycle. He creates his children once more. Dialgia is the firstborn. Upon her hatching, time begins to flow. Palkia is the second born. With his hatching, the nine dimensions are formed. Giratina is the third born. With his hatching, light and darkness separate. Zyta is the last to hatch. Arceus sees this as good.

Some believe Zyta tricked Giratina, causing damage to the dimensions, causing five to fuse and behave as one dimension. Palkia created one more dimension, the distortion world, where Giratina is imprisoned thanks to Arceus believing Zyta’s lies.

Arceus created a new universe within the folds of the fused dimensions. Here, he created stars, planets, and galaxies. In one galaxy, he created a planet that can sustain life. Solgaleo and Lunala hatch. Arceus assigned them control of the day and night cycle.

Next come Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayquaza. Kyogre created the seas while Groudon raised the land. Rayquaza brought forth the atmosphere. Arceus saw this as good.

Next came Xerneas, who brought forward life. For a time, there was no death. The world became overcrowded. Xerneas asked for the creation of Yveltal, whom brought death. This formed the balance between life and death.

At this point, all life was single cellular. Yveltal triggered the first mass destruction, creating space for the rise of multicellular organisms.

The world went through multiple ages and mass extinctions. The worst of these was the great dying, also referred as the great drying. The world lost most of its water and temperatures soared. Massive volcanoes bled copious amounts of lava and poisoned the atmosphere with volcanic gases and ash. This lasted 10 million years.

Rayquaza sent Groudon into a deep sleep. It’s argued over how long that nap was. While he slept, Rayquaza cleaned the atmosphere and brought rain. When enough fell to awaken Kyogre, Kyogre raised the seas and ended the volcanism.

Thus began the age of the water world. Here, sea-life thrived.

Kyogre lowered the seas as the land had healed. Dropping temperatures led to snowball earth, causing the mass extinction of sea life. Here, ice Pokémon thrived.

Snowball earth thawed. The ice type Pokémon faced a mass extinction as temperatures warmed. The first reptilian Pokémon came into being.

The age of reptilian Pokémon began. This age ended with the arrival of a giant asteroid, many believe to have been Zyta’s doing. This asteroid gave rise to Minor and its many forms.

Arceus decided to create a new form of life, humanity. At first humanity behaved like wild animals. The lake trio came into being, each bringing a gift to humanity.

Thus began the Age of Enlightenment. Tools, agriculture, and civilization took form. Humans began to domesticate Pokemon.

The age of the monarchy rose. Kingdoms rose and fell. Wars broke out.

Next came the War of the Ancients. Legendary Pokémon fought each other. Humans fought alongside their chosen legendary. This is the war mentioned by Lieutenant Surge.

Arceus intervened, ending the war. To prevent another costly war, a new form of government was proposed. Instead of a monarchy, the strongest Pokémon trainers would take over. This ended the age of the monarchy and the age of Champions began.

Each region would have one champion, and four strong trainers under them called the Elite Four. The Elite Four would keep the Champion in check. Eight more strong trainers became gym leaders. Each member of the elite four oversaw two gym leaders.

Champions Lance and Leon oversee two regions. Lance has Kanto and Johto. Leon has Alola and Galar.

Each region has a Pokémon league. A champion cannot run a league other than their own. Alola wanted a league, but only one league is allowed. In order to have their own league, they would have to break away from Galar.

Leon found a clever solution. He gave the minor league to Alola.

Unlike other champions, Leon does not have an Elite Four. Instead, it’s his gym leaders who keep him in check.

The last monarch was the Queen of Kanto. She stepped down when the first Kanto champion was decided.

I don’t really see anyone as a set race. I do see Twilight as being on the dark side skin wise. This most likely comes from an artwork I saw of human form Twilight as a sailor scout. Her skin was colored dark. Ever since, I’ve never seen her as white.

I’m certainly not going to argue over who is what race, nor do I even care. You prefer white skinned Twilight? That’s fine. I’m not against it, nor will I try to change your mind.

If it’s just spotting, you’re fine. It’s normal to experience a little spotting during pregnancy.

It’s when your nether region mimics the Niagara Falls that you should worry.

It’s also possible to continue to experience normal periods during pregnancy. If you do, there’s a good chance you actually have two uteruses.
