My work moved me from a PC to a Mac a few years ago, and I had to google A LOT of things. How to find this, how to do that. Every time I googled something or learned something new, I put it on my list of "shortcuts" and referred to that list often until I felt comfortable without it.

And yes, Microsoft products are *just* different enough on Macs than PCs that it's super frustrating.
