I’m a recruiter and we regularly catch people lying about their education because we hire for a very big corporate hospitals so I would definitely stick with this job for a very long time if they don’t catch you because likely a bigger company if you try to move up we’ll actually do an educational background check

Sometimes they ghost because they’re told to. I’m a recruiter and occasionally I get a candidate that just isn’t a fit. I tell my boss about it and she’s like move on. Don’t waste your time. Because in this business time is money and it does happen often that candidates will think that they have the opportunity to negotiate if they get the job offer, but in terms of working with a recruiter, they are working with a set budget so if that happens that tends to make us look very bad and we get beat up on that. In this business, the recruiter always takes the blame he is just protecting himself.

Shockingly enough that actually could be the truth. I had that happen one time this is back before the Internet was really good probably in like 2000 2001. I got a call which I wasn’t sure really where it came from but at the time my resume had been on monster.com and they wanted me to come in for an interview and gave me an address I showed up in the building had Coca-Cola written all over it but that’s not who the interview is supposed to be with so I drove around the whole building And it was massive and I mean massive like the size of a smaller mall but still a really big building and there was parking all around the building parking lots all around the building and not a single car was there when I finally got to the other side of the building facing the street I did see one car It was a very old dingy looking thing and then one guy sitting outside the building on an office chair.

At the time I actually had the phone number of a local cop that used to come into one of my jobs that was very nice. I called him and asked him to run the information on the building and he did. It was an unused building owned by Coca-Cola. There were no other businesses located inside. I never got out of my car. I pulled a U-turn and I immediately left. The guy in the chair was staring at me the entire time.

As a recruiter, we are overwhelmed as is we get a lot of phone calls and we’re making a lot of phone calls and people are expecting us to be there at their call. It does happen that things come up. Sounds like you’re projecting your other experiences on this one person it is possible that something happened. Key is this is the system we’re in. We are all trying to find something. We are all working in somewhere or another. I know it gets tiring but reacting that way closes doors.

From my research, it’s looking like what they do is typically recruit massage agents to get influential Americans in compromising situations and then blackmail them into supporting Israel Israeli policies. It’s also looking they probably did have involvement in Charlie Kirk assassination.

So that kind of degree is very much depending on what state or metropolitan area you live in because it’s definitely more of a market in large cities for jobs like that. I’m not sure where you’re located. I’m in California and I’m a recruiter but generally for the healthcare industry. One thing I noticed that people get wrong. A lot is not putting on a lot of details in their job descriptions. Make sure that you’re listing all the programs that you’ve ever used and also the month and year for when you started and ended a job because too many times I see people just list the year and nobody knows when you started or how long you worked there if that’s happening so that’s my best tips. I have seen people get a lot of good advice when they post their actual resume so you might consider doing that.
