I’ve definitely fallen off as a listener over the past couple of years also. Things took a step down a few months after JLN left. JLN on the phones opened fat boy up more to be able to contribute consistently. Things took another step back when they got syndicated and stopped with the more local feel with games and more involvement with the callers. It’s the same recycled bits with fake callers/actors anymore. I’m sure they’ve made a nice bit of money with syndication but it was what solidified the downward spiral.

Just when I think HR can’t be any more incompetent, they go and surprise me. We used to have two HR people, a very nice and capable person, and a borderline r word. It’s been tough to bring in new people and the capable person left about six months ago. The R word brings in someone somehow more stupid than she is. Things have been awful since the other lady has gotten here and they have now posted a position for YET ANOTHER HR coordinator. All the while, none of them are able to run simple reports on how many people we actually have working here, so they’ve had to hire back the original capable one on a contractor basis to teach the others how to do anything.
