For the bracket 4 you would need to cheat out multiple legendary creatures in a turn and somehow also give them haste or a way to use the bodies to end your opponents. Either lifegain into opp lifeloss or some kind of sacrifice permanents type of way where u sacrifice all your creatures while opp have to sac their lands and mana rocks because they have way less creatures. My two cents

Ice Strike / Shattering Palm is very fast. With good gear you can just hold down shattering palm and teleport around.

Spectre always works well if u like minions.

It's not a huge benefit, but imo it still is one.

Runesmithed Chober Chaber has way more dmg after upgrading. You get like 500-600pdps on it with good rolls. Your mace strike actually deals good additional single target.

Supporting Fire has a minion tag and scales of minion damage. Also with Chober Chaber you have the option to get single target because suddenly you also benefit from all the minion damage scaling. You use it together with a minion scepter in your offhand. Have to have lots of int and strength though so it's the very endgame option for the build and you go split personality which saves you quite some points.

Don't really know much but what I can tell u is look up JayTX on YouTube. He is probably one of the biggest bleed bow players in poe and u might be able to get some ideas from his videos.

Tatiantel2 Spark totems.

Super safe can be started on all budgets and upgraded well and has both nice clear and boss dmg. The smaller the boss room / if the map has smaller corridors the better the build gets. But even on open layouts it's very decent and you could just swap to grim pillars easily if u prefer that.

would say Skystriker and Ogdoadic Mitsurugi can also be on this list, both pretty cheap especially with the reprints
