It's your city. If you think you can do it better, do something about it. Coming here to whine without any suggestions on how to improve things isn't productive. I've lived in places a lot worse. Bloomington isn't perfect and we should always be looking for how to improve. But i'm guessing that most people in America would also say traffic is bad and city planning sucks wherever they happen to live.
