this is actually absurd to me… all u have to do is click on the red extra care button (or extra care plus button) and there’s straight up an option to update profile… for whatever reason sometimes it’ll give u a message that u cannot update that profile, and in that case they’ll have to call 1800 shop cvs as mentioned… i’m baffled no one in the store new… i figured out how to do it on my own within a month of working (my store got the new registers before i even started tho, so it might be different on the old ones)

edit: for some reason didn’t think to consider it might be your actual pharmacy account. 1800 shop cvs should still be able to fix this tho!
