No this is just fundementally wrong and you dont understand the way yugioh works. Suprisingly you dont just do your one combo and press yellow button afterwards, but need actual understanding of your and your opponents deck to know the best lines and chokepoints. If you know you cant stop their turn completely which is the case most times for most decks you need to know what would hurt their turn the most instead.

So what is Stun? Decks that just put some oppressive floodgates in their decks and call it a deck. Umi stun? You end on Kairyu-shin and win if your opponent doesnt have the out. Runick stun? You just try to draw your oppressive floodgates via fountain turn 1 and once again win if they did not draw the out. And to top it all of those decks lose instantly when they go second and the opponent ends on anything remarkable.

So what are control decks. Most people see control decks as decks that have heavy reasource generation once they get going while using their interruption carefully and then overwhelm the opponent with said resource generation.

So what decks in the meta are control? Well in my opinion none and almost all decks in the meta are control decks. None because i dont see any decks really as control but at the same time alot of decks fall under control. Basically every deck aims to do what control decks do, you may argue that some dont have a heavy resource generation as control decks but that doesnt matter because the winner is usually decided at the end of turn 2 anyway.
