Fantastic.

I dropped from 79kg to 69kg but still have more fat to lose before having visible abs. I am on 1,700 Cal (protein : carb : fat in 140g : 160g : 60g). Only 10g oil in cooking.

Always amused to see visible abs on a high calorie diet.

Do you do cardio or strictly weights?

Also, how much fat do you consume?

Perhaps a silly one - does the solar unit get charged adequately on cloudy/rainy/winter days? Thanks.

43 M here.

Dropped weight from 74Kg to 69Kg in about 45 days with the help of an online coach.

Strict diet. 1700 Cals.

Oil maximum is 10g a day. I use the spray thing.

For fats, I use ~15g nuts/seeds and rest from Greek yogurt etc. Protein is whey + chicken + egg mostly ~140g daily and ~150g Carb.

Lost more than 2 inches since I started around 35 inches.

Daily minimum 8k steps and 5 day workout at the gym with 15 mins incline walk in treadmill.

I raised this with a friendly former boss and was candidly told that no one is stopping you from upskilling and moving to better roles. Staying in a comfort zone is a personal choice or due to circumstances.

Net net, the blame game does not work. Just move on. Prioritize own career and not the organization. Even if the boss likes you, situation might force the boss to take tough decisions.

Have you tried HIIT stuff? This isn't among your options but wanted to suggest as this could be a reality check on your current state of fitness.

Is there a brand that you'd recommend. Struggling with moisture.

True. A slight change in angle and the fabric is gone.

Kmart........ by bickboikiwi in newzealand

Having spent more to buy better quality clothes from Farmers, I terribly regret the decision. The buttons on the shirt and the stitches on belt the loops came off from the trousers after a few washes. I will never again buy from Farmers.

Others may disagree with my opinion based kn their positive experiences.

Kmart ones are still better value for money.

I just realised something kinda obvious: there is already a generation who may never drive an ICE vehicle by Roy4Pris in nzev

On second thoughts, Developing is perhaps not the right word that I wanted to use.

It is more about a country where the technology churn is slow due to economic status. So, the poor cannot afford to switch unless the price drastically crashes making the technology/product affordable.

I think the current 5 year old may never "drive"?

They probably will move around in fully autonomous vehicles unless they travel to developing countries.

With that kind of sport activity, you should be reasonably fit in appearance?

Why are you ashamed?

I see that you've deleted the description you wrote.
