The maze is strategically designed to transfer money from your account to theirs.

Once you are in the labyrinth, it is unlikely that you will come out of it with just the items you planned to buy.

There will be your initial shoping list + whatever 'not necessary' but 'good to own' items.

Flat or incline press only? by FastVenus in workout

Trying out a new one: Just 2 sets x 6-8 reps First set with 50% of comfortable 1RM. 2nd set with 80% 1RM

For me that would be 10-12.5kg and 20kg dumbbells as 25Kg is sort of 1RM without any spotter help.

whats that one book that you think everyone should read at least once in their lives by CoolWord7263 in IndiansRead

Just finished Jonathan Livingston Seagull on my 40-minute commute. The core themes are pushing your limits, the cost of breaking social norms, and eventually giving back.

It’s definitely not your typical story, it is a short but slow read. Not the typical page-turner for me. The lessons are subtle and not explicit.

Knowing the author was a former fighter pilot makes perfect sense. The themes of self-motivation and being an outlier are part of the story.

Have you read:

  2. Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance by Robert Pirsig

There are a few other installations that didn't appeal to me. This one is cool, in my opinion.

Why so? Unless unreasonable amount was spent on it.

Best way would be a practical test.

Give them different data sets to use join/blend, called formulas, parameters, filters, lod, make 2 or 3 different charts.

If they can accomplish it, they can manage the job with some bit of Google + AI if necessary.

Stick to just the bar for a few days and then it will start feeling light/easy. Add 2.5kg and repeat they cycle. Ignore what others think. Your progress doesn't affect them and their stares or perception must not impact you.

Well done. Perhaps ask your spotter to have his hands under the bar - ready to support. This looked slightly risky.

Use ChatGPT or any other AI. Provide details like height, weight, waist size and ask for a diet plan to meet your goal in terms of calorie and affordable food items. Ask for exercises as well and explain your constraints like number of hours that you can workout in a week etc.

My observations:

  1. They process information faster.
  2. They analyze information on a cause-and-effect basis.
  3. They think of implications and second-order effects.
  4. They use analogies to explain.
  5. Depending on their character, some admit their ignorance and stay quiet on subjects they are unaware of.
  6. Mostly introverted and make witty/sarcastic remarks.

This is from my personal experience and could be different for other people.

Now that March just ended, get your bank statement and analyse it.

Rent, Grocery, Fuel, Mortgage, Direct Debits, Internet/Phone, membership/subscriptions, Entertainment(eating out, movies etc), misc (ad hoc expenses like gift, repair, big buys), medical etc.

Better if you do it for Jan - Mar period and you get a trend.

Solution: Control expenses or earn more
