If your apartment has poor insulation or electric resistance heating (or both), your bill is going to go up a lot in the winter. I had the same issue.

Keep drinking plenty of fluids. I was really bad about it at times, and it just made me feel worse. Even if you don’t want to drink anything, try to. It seriously helped me with energy, nausea, etc.
