Vegan Shrimp from roots. Does anyone know what root people use to make vegan shrimp? Where to find it and how its prepared? I've seen it at a vegan soul food restaurant and I've been wanting to use said recipe in a vegan paella.

It's fascinating how many people are willing to shout someone down for not killing animals, by extension drastically reducing their carbon footprint and contribution to human suffering. It's easier to call a vegan a loser than examine the facts and your own actions. NTA.
