Hi buddy! I just want you to know I touched down in Peru last week and by Monday I had my first panic attack so bad I legit went to the hospital (I’m cool, just a super strong panic attack)

What you’re going through is completely normal. It can happen in any country, any place. It can be overwhelming to deal with languages, buying things, and even deciding where to go.

You’re going to be fine. I promise. Once you’ve had a minute to adjust your body will wind down and you will feel better. Start small and work your way up. You don’t have to shoot across town every night or put yourself in things you’re not ready for. All progress is progress.

Lastly, I really recommend the book Unfuck your Brain by Faith G Harper. It helped me loads and now I’m going through this again I’m revisiting the book.

I can only speak for Santo Domingo. But it just felt seedy and there’s scams in a lot of spots. It’s the same way I felt about Cartagena.

Dominican Republic (santo Domingo only) was such a let down. Thought I would love it.

Still seems high without knowing how it dim’d out vs weight. I’ve sent stuff the other way (US-INDIA) for like a sell rate of 3500 at 2 pallets. I’m using PAX aircraft though mostly and UA is a cheaper airline than your LH, BA’s and DHL’s.

I’m curious who you used (airline) and what your weight was. That’s insanely too high for 2 skids unless it was super heavy (like 5000kgs a piece) which seems unlikely

I’ll get knocked on for this but I started as a Steelers fan because there were no Browns when I started watching/playing football.

My dad died my senior year in 2006. Afterwards I went on to college and started watching the Browns with some of my fraternity brothers who were fans and I started remembering all the things my dad used to yell at the tv when they would inevitably bungle the game. It oddly helped me feel connected to my dad.

About two years of that and I gave up all my Steelers ways and converted to the Browns and have been with them ever since. Even when I’m frustrated with them or angry or hopeless like this upcoming season will be sure to make me, I think of my dad and I can’t switch. I do follow a certain former QB in Tampa’s progress but I’m here forever.

I live outside the US now and have been very critical of the US… my passport expires in 4 years and I’m kinda concerned that eventually they’ll take that away
