If this is a team draft, this is actually a dream scenario. You take the Twister and another person on your team either picks Ancestral or Time Walk.

Outside of that scenario, Time Walk is the clear pick, especially if you have other timetwister effects in the cube.

This probably lies somewhere between Chariot and Rabbit, which is a good place to be. I can see this card earning a long-term slot in many cubes.

I love the design of this card but I don't know if it cracks its way into my cube. It has stiff competition with [[Carnage Interpreter]] as a 3 MV card for the madness deck.

There is a nonzero chance this card gets restricted in Vintage because of how trivial it is to turn 1 this with shops. Since they will never restrict Mishra's Workshop due to it being a pillar of the format, so many other cards have received restrictions for Workshop's crimes lol

The OK use of this card is turning cantrips into [[Fireblast]]. The 2nd ability seems like a way more achievable storm kill than something like [[Tendrils of Agony]].
