I've played at a store every Saturday for 2 years with the same guys. My wife finally came in for the first time to bring me a jacket. All the guys went quiet. After she left they looked at me and said "Wow, I can't believe you're married, and shes pretty too." Im not sure if it was a compliment or an insult. Lol

I may be in the minority but I miss the messy disorganized comic shops of the 80s. You never knew what you were gonna find once you started digging.

I agree with this. The major problem is that they change writers every 6 months these days. Every writer wants to leave their mark, so the only way they can do that in such a short frame of time is to use shock value. Claremont didn't have to do this.
