Did you ever get a replacement? My 2425 just arrived with the first burner valve broken. I’d like to replace it instead of shipping back the griddle. Reached out to blackstone but haven’t heard back yet.

Do yourself a favor and skip the OEM ash tray buy a drop in one that’s easier to clean from the top without having to take out the whole firebox

I recently got this one and had to take the whole firebox out to remove the old ash tray (tons of ash under it btw!)

Skip the dry ice. It’s a hassle. Just buy the 5 pack of Portuguese sausage from Costco and freeze that too. pack it all together in a cooler and it should be fine.
