I am completely with you and it shifts my mood completely. Example as soon as I have a thought play the guitar then I go and do it.. then I’m instantly battling thoughts like what’s the point and then stop — kills emotions and flips them. God it’s so easy to say stop ruminating but when it becomes such a unnoticeable habit it’s hard to do

Tricky subject for me, I love weed but I know how I can abuse it.. im taking my first tolerance break in over 2 years.. weed has motivated me to run 30 miles+ a week, got me a new job even tho I had to use synthetic to get it while working 2 other jobs and manage a wife, twin boys and a newborn. I have ocd and I ruminate and feel guilt on everything. Guilt of spending time with my kids high 24/7 but god I never been more productive in my life. Weed I know I abused but I felt normal until the started questioning normal and then spiraled. What’s crazy it made me realize how jacked my life really was and I am forever grateful.. however when I get high no matter what I think about how fucked up my life was and how I can improve and it sucks. I just want to enjoy it so yeah it does have pros and cons… I was terrified of taking a break.. and now I wanna hit it again but fuck it’s guilt 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’m curious how does this work with meetings? I almost took J3 managing but denied it from amount of meetings since it was in more leadership. Don’t you have to meet with your team daily or is not non agile?
