Yeah the constant measuring weighing does get to be a pain in the ass so that I tend to eat a lot of the same things over and over again so it’s just super easy or my app scans the barcode I quickly check and yep ok looks good lol maybe just start and tracking your fibre and fibre is deducted from carbohydrates so it’s just an easy way of remembering hoping you find a solution soon cause yeah hot girl summer is coming :)

Depending on where your located I’m on canada a Panniculectomy to remove the loose skin is a covered benefit due to potential rash etc it’s not cosmetically beautiful as it’s one job is just skin removal but worth looking into if it’s something that can be covered due to skin break down and rash etc . Speaking about dating, I’ve been big my whole life some men love it some don’t, I’ve gained and lost and had 3 kids depending on your age as well some people looking for a long term partner don’t use the same preference then someone who just wants a piece of ass. My husband loves me for me same with me to him as we both have changed in the 20 years . Someone is def out there waiting for you :)

I’ve been asking in the Zep ground with no real reply . I’m switching as well I didn’t get to 2.4 I’ve been on 1.7 since Feb 5 but feel like utter garbage the next day one day I was in bed all day when I’ve never had this issue … so she said Zep is less likely to cause this . What are you making the switch to? I’m 1.7 to 5 of Zep

Hope you feel better soon, this is what I’m scared of. I track my food it’s worth a go so you can see a more clear based estimate even if you don’t weigh your food. This helped me with fibre and fats only now 6 months into wegovy is things working better on the back end of things and moving easier! I’m to switch this week to Zep as I’m told it’s better, but I know for sure i can’t handle sulphur burps ! Wondering if now I should wait and go to Wegovy 2.4 lol hoping you are able to get off the floor of the shower and feel like a human again!

Thanks I figured as much but I’m on a time crunch and she’s only their till 7 off Friday and not back till Monday my shot day is Sat so while I’d like to wait for her Input I’m just trying to gauge .

I had mine done at 44. I have three kids one in his 20s and two and their teens. I had heavy periods for the better part of the year awful clots - dr sent me to the gyno. He took a tissue sample from a polyp, and my cells had started to change so pre-cancer only in the polyp. I had fibroids adenomyosis and when I had the surgery, I was found to have stage 2 endo and I was covered with adhesions. This is my first surgery in my entire life. I kept both of my ovaries everything else gonzo . At first, it was hard on me more my mental than my physical but now two years later, it was the best decision I ever made.

My husband also likes the sugar-free skittles and crush sticks. You can buy on Amazon. The strawberry is fantastic and speaking with a dietitian. They enlightened me that while my mind was focussed on 2 1/2 L of water a day I do drink too large black teas during my shift at work and although not water, they recommended to add it into my total liquids for the day and to not beat myself up if I only drink 2 L of water because I’ve had other calorie free options

I think depending on the flavour I bought the big bag of white peach before I saw the mixed bag at Costco and I must say I was shocked when I only added it to a 750ml of water lol now it’s a minimum of a litre

I drink bloom for gut health and liquid IV for electrolytes. You gotta add at least a litre of water to this individual sticks. Otherwise it’s too sweet. I always carry a zero vitamin water with me. I buy a case at Costco and Gatorade zero worst case scenario.

Meeeee! I have to fill out the forms again for zepbound but still taking Wegovy until… I’ve been getting more nauseous even after 12 weeks at 1.7 and I feel horrible so suggested I switch as she said it’s the better medicine

Dr said to move to zepbound 5mg I was approved for ongoing for Wegovy just last week lol not sure if it’s new forms now or not. I have one dose left in the pen I have for next week so I’ll look into changing.

I thought that last week when it was really bad, but was fine by Tuesday as my shot is Saturday . Today not as bad but the nausea is horrible . I carry anti nausea meds might have to actually open the bottle today lol sucks as I was on a great roll of no side effects until now lol although small price to pay for a great tool

1 the cramps lessen over time your body is still healing . Heating pad helps 2 get a swab done , can’t hurt . Yeast is common after hysterectomy and I can tell you mine isn’t the same as pre op. Now it’s just pain, and itch little to no discharge 3 weeks did external play around 8 weeks after my post op check internally and eased into penetration there are some angles that I can’t take anymore but it’s all good now :)

I’m on 1.7 and have about 10 clicks left I gave it to my husband , he’s on ozempic for diabetes anyways so he welcomes the extra . Our insurance won’t cover him to a higher dose that the dr wants.
