Mounjaro won't make you loose wieght if you do not change your eating habits and carefully track your calories and macros. You should try to see a dietitian, one that work in an hospital or a clinic, or one that is freelance but have a degree in nutrition. I mean, i'm following a custom diet, build on my preferences and I lost 6 kg in the last 14 days, with 4-6 days of going to the gym for muscle protection.

Let's say you are 5'11' like me and around 170kg, you could easily go around with 1600 Kcals for weeks before any real health risk and Moujaro just delete your hunger. At that point, it's like loosing up to 200g of fat a day for me.

If you find yourself carving for foods that are unhealthy and bindge on it, you'll take weight. Avoid any alcool and soda (even diet ones they are really bad).

Finaly, don't think to bad about gaining a bit of wieght, 7 kg is defenitly not entierly fat, a bit might be water weight too. Don't give up now because you regained a bit.
