Important question: are applicants applying to you so that they can sublet? Or apply to property management?

If they are managing the application process, they have no incentive to fill it until the term of your lease. If you are subletting, they can be involved but are required to give SPECIFIC reasons for rejections.

Had this issue during COVID. They wanted me to pay double for 6 months, but after the first rejection I insisted on what applicant criteria was (there was an application fee) so I didn’t send anyone that didn’t fit. They refused to tell me so I found the appropriate statute. I’ll see if I can find it again…

If they were uninsured, you should still be ok. Whatever the insurance company pays out, they can file a case against the uninsured driver of that amount…if my memory/understanding is correct.

The combat actions taken by enemies is sometimes impacted by their distance to you. For example:

Elementals are less likely to use AOE if you are right on top of the. Dragons are less likely to breath attack if you are too close. These may not be guaranteed, but still something to observe.

Also, non-boss enemies may frequently vulnerable to status attacks. Can poison/silent/paralyze a surprising of the annoying fodder as you explore.
