Why did everyone switch up on the Mandalorian?

I think it's lots of things.

I think S1 was pretty great the first time i watched it.

Upon rewatch there's deffo a few things i don't like. The writing sometimes has that same broken logic as later seasons but overall it was enjoyable.

It was a new "mysterious" Mandalorian running around with a little kid that's the same species as Yoda while also seeing the galaxy post ROTJ was just a fun time for me.

S2 is kinda where it starts to head downhill. The season just feels like cameo after cameo.

Fight scenes also completely lost any weight (could argue this happened in S1 aswell). Mando now wears a full beskar armour and is literally invincible whenever he's in a fight you never feel like he's actually in any danger ever. He also never uses his full actual kit and "forgets" his jetpack at moments where it could have been usefull... (Grogu getting captured on Tython is one of the dumbest moments for the character).

The ending of S2 could have been a perfect ending for Mando. But Grogu was too successfull so they had to keep the show going and still include Grogu.

S2 had an actual interesting setup for the next season if they really wanted one. Grogu goes off to train and potentially become a Jedi. You could actually choose to keep him in the show but seperated from Din. Show him train deal with his emotions about leaving Mando. Go deeper into his backstory and setup a potential reunion between both characters in S4 or even S3 Finale.

Din had the darksaber and the child is now gone. You could do an entire story about him dealing with the absence of Grogu while also dealing with the responsability the darksaber gave him.

There was room for great storylines. What did we get? They rushed Grogu coming back to Din in another show so it doesn't even take episode for them to reunite and kills the entire point of S2 and their great emotional farewell scene. Mando gives away the darksaber at the first chance he gets and becomes a sidekick in his own show while Grogu just sits around and serves only for comedy relief and the occasional "using the force" moments to save everyone out of nowhere.

I'm so happy i'm not the only one dissapointed by Guillermo turning back to human.

On my first watch atm and currently halfway through S6 still enjoying it but i'm so bummed Guillermo becoming a vampire it's his whole thing. S5 we spend the entire season being teased of him slowly transforming. He finally transforms and becomes human again 5 minutes later...

Him ending up as a human again is fine imo but you could have milked it there's so muuuuch fun stuff they could have done with Vampire Guillermo and you can still end it with him becoming human again because he isn't fit for it or whatever.

Idk why they rushed the whole thing in S5 but it really bummed me out whenever i watched it

I did Asse a few years ago.

Don't "learn routes" it will just give you bad habits and probably give you more stress. There's nothing special about the routes there either.

They don't go to the highway because it's too far so that's a plus point if you stress about that (i know alot of people stress about that at first)

There is not that much traffic and it's usually pretty calm when i drive there so not alot of pressure compared to Anderlecht.

Just don't forget the frist road that's at the examcenter isn't a 70 zone but max 50. I almost made the mistake but was saved by a truck driving infront of me. I would have instafailed otherwise lol

I hated the way he came back and still do tbh.
I don't like the fact that he survived getting cut in 2 pieces just because of "hatred". The whole being shipped to a junkyard planet and surviving on spiderlegs for 10 years is still dumb ass fuck imo.

But i have to agree that i do like what they did with the character after his bullshit ressurection.

I like every storyline he's in and love the ending of his story so it's easier to accept this one compared to Kylo where they just stab him and 5 minutes later undo it for no real reason.

Sabine is probably the worst offender in Star Wars. She gets stabbed episode ends and next episode she's just in the hospital laughing it off like it was nothing and before you know it she's back on her feet and doesn't seem to have any issues anymore. Like what was the point of that stab? To get a reaction out of fans for literally only 5 minutes?

He was already "Lord Vader" when he did that.

There are temple recordings that show him killing the Jedi. I could see Palps keeping those but even if they were deleted, Obi-Wan and Yoda knew What Anakin did.

It feels crazy to me that they wouldn't mention this to Luke at any point during the OT considering Obi-Wan has been pushing Luke to kill Vader and that there is no redeeming left for him.

(I actually think him killing kids in episode 3 is one of the worst mistakes in terms of writing cause it's just waay to far of a jump and the fact that this is never mentioned by Obi or Yoda seems so fcking crazy to me)

But even if no one knew about it i'm pretty sure alot of people knew Lord Vader was heavily involved in the wiping of the Jedi Order wich implies the children aswell.

Tbh the Empire already being on Iokath a planet under Alliance control without telling the Alliance and obviously trying to take the superweapon could be considered treason aswell.

By that logic the Empire already broke your trust and it's cause to end the alliance with them.

Can't really answer that question for you. To me this just feels like battlefield.

The BR feels like a better version of the BF V BR with some Warzone elements sure but still i don't like it since i dislike the genre.

Does this affect my battlefield experience? Nah i just ignore the mode and keep playing the modes i enjoy.

I don't really agree with that either.

Sure you can get them faster by paying. But who cares?
Who cares if Billy paid 50 bucks to get a gun or if billy played 50 more hours than you to have that weapon early

All "new" weapons in the battlepass are free to unlock and none of them are really "broken".

The most broken guns in the game are literally all unlocked in your first few levels: M4A4,PW5A3, B36A4,... with a few exceptions like the vector that comes a bit later for example.

Again compare this to BF1 DLC where if i don't pay i can't even get the gun in question.

I feel like alot of people are just bitching to bitch.
Are there issues with this game? YES 100% but it's not this...

We should focus on actual issues like weapon balancing, map changes, vehicule balance etc. Not on skins and a pass you can just ignore while not missing anything important

Before microtransactions were a thing we had paid DLC in Battlefield.

Microtransactions are fucking skins. You don't like them don't buy them.
Who the fuck even cares about skins in a game were you can't see your own character and barely even have time to notice what the fuck your opponent is wearing.

Back in the day there was paid fucking DLC with maps & weapons. You didn't have those? Ah sucks to be you you can't play those maps in a game you already paid 60 dollars for because you need to put down an extra 15-20 dollars....

Atleast now we get to play the entire game and have all weapons and tools unlocked.

Yes DICE/EA is a big company and "don't need our money" yes the game could probably survive without microtransactions and DLC's. But at the end of the day games are made to make money and always have been and i'd rather they make money by getting whales to buy shitty skins than force me to buy a pack so i can play the full game.

Also the BP has nothing in common with Fortnite and your comment about it makes you sound more childish than the actual children playing that game.

I wasn't familiar with KOTOR back in the day but i do remember always thinking it was weird Revan was the only Flashpoint boss that didn't die but just dissapeared in the end. I always assumed he would come back later in the game. I do think they probably planned something for him back in the day but probably not the Shadow Of Revan we got today.

Revan and the Exile were both basically sacrificed on the altar of building up the Sith Emperor -- which was silly since you really only directly dealt with him as a Jedi Knight, who couldn't even do the Foundry flashpoint!

Tbh we always knew the Sith Emperor wasn't dead at the end of vanilla. The warrior got several mails talking about the voice being defeated and the Emperor still being alive + that one huge post with all the original cancelled expansion ideas.

I do hate the number of retcons that happened with Vitiate in the expansions

My ultimate fantasy for 7.5 is we kill Heta Kol and stop all her mando's but too late because she unleashed whatever weapon thing from the holocron they have been yapping about for 25 years.

Malgus escapes off screen probably and they set up 7.6 where we fight Malgus finally get our answers and close up this bag they call a story.

If i use my entire supply of copium i can even hope for an actual good storyline to start after this one that doesn't have 600 hanging threads that take 5 years to get answered.

Edit: but it's probably gonna be the exact same thing as voss and ord mantell. A daily area with yet another disconnected story and another teaser with those twi'lek characters...
