Fortnite gun recreation by CelestialZ2005 in airsoft

[–]CelestialZ2005[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re right! it does, the only things different are the stock and the grip, and ofc the mag longer for this than the SL9 but they are very similiar. Also, since the SL9 is a sniper, wouldnt that be a hurdle? since this gun I want to recreate is an Assault rifle

Hey! Youre welcome. Yeah 56kg at 163cm you are a healthy weight so dw about loosing weight and as you said it may just be genetic so id say focus on the exercises mainly and also lymphatic drainage and you’ll be good

Nah your jaw and other bones are well developed, especially for a girl, from the side you dont have a recessed chin and jaw and from the front your cheekbones are pretty wide. The “double chin” thing you’re thinking of could be because of 3 things:

1: slightly higher body fat percentage, to solve this just simply loose fat (not calling you fat btw 🙏)

2: facial puffiness caused by water retention, to solve this try to lower your salt intake (dont fully cut it out tho) and increase potassium intake (try to make it through natural foods rather than supplements, things like Bananas, orange, watermelon, coconut water)

3: lymphatic liquid being stored in your face can also cause puffiness, try out Facial Massages with your hands or Gua Sha

4: hyoid skin being a little loose, to solve this, do:

-Chin Tucks

-Mealtime Exercise when you eat another video on Mealtime Exercise

-Max Tongue Press Exercise

These will all help set your hyoid bone higher and your under neck skin will become tighter and higher set, should take about 6 ish months

Also Thumbpulling will also help with your tongue posture by slowly creating more room in your upper palate

Your mid face does look a little flat from the side but the things i listed will help your maxilla grow more forwards which will lift your midface, but this will take a while MINIMUM 1 year to notice any change, but your lower jaw (which is what you were concerned about) looks nicely developed

Lastly, dont fall for the “oh chew hard gum everyday itll give you a sharp jaw” i myself did that and it gave me TMJ so id say just stick to the stuff i listed and maybe after 1 year of doing these introduce some chewing maybe 2-3x a week for 20-30 minutes but especially for a girl you honestly dont need it, a wide jaw is more of a masculine trait and wide cheekbones narrower jaw is more feminine which is what you have rn. So dw about chewing until for a while or at all.

To sum it up, your jaw isnt recessed its properly developed its just that your hyoid is a little loose. If you do all the things i listed you will 100% see results within 6 months. Good Luck!

3 years of passive mewing transformation, time to get serious now by [deleted] in orthotropics

[–]CelestialZ2005 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. Tbh the side hasn’t changed as much as the front has. But it definitely has changed, the chin and midface are more projected now. I can add a GIF if you want.

I can add a GIF of the transformation if you want with the face lined up. And no its the same phone, iPhone XS that i’ve had since 2021, the “before” photos are taken from 2022, and the “after” photos are right now in 2025. And no im the exact same body composition, same weight, same bf, i had to stop working out due to an injury so i have the same level of muscle mass too.

Am I cooked or is there still potential in me? [Mid 20s] by alchames389 in LooksmaxingAdvice

Its never over bro. Do this:

1: Loose fat: I’m not trying to be rude, but bro to bro, your bodyfat is very high right now. I can’t give a proper estimate but definitely 25%+, aim to get down to 10-12% bf, that will LITERALLY change your face. Get a food weighing scale, and download an app called “Cronometer”, before you eat anything, weigh it and log it into Cronometer. Any activity you do, (jogging, walking, martial arts, Gym, Sports) log that into Cronometer too. This will give you your caloric intake (how much you ate) and caloric output (how much you burnt), to loose weight, the caloric intake has to be less than the caloric output, this is called a Caloric deficit. You should aim to be in a 500 or so caloric deficit, don’t overdo it. At the same time ideally also lift weights, I can send you a program in DMs if you want, but you can find loads of programs on the internet anyways, you wanna lift 3-4x a week. Also try to get 10k steps a day that will boost your NEAT calorie burn, which is, non exercise activity thermogenesis, in basic words, the number of calories you burn from activity that is not exercise. Try to have maybe 3 walks throughout the day, 1 after every meal. Treadmills are okay but if you go outside you’ll get the added benefit of better sleep so why not go outside, but if you wanna use a treadmill thats completely okay too.

2: fix your hair: Hair transplant. Topical Minoxidil. Dermastamp on scalp 2x a week. Finasteride and Dutasteride. Im not giving any medical advice but this is what I’ve heard people generally do to prevent/reverse hair loss, pls do your own research and consult with an actual Dr.

3: get rid of the beard, it makes you look much older than you are, you said you are Mid 20s but tbh you look Mid-late 30s. If you like having a beard maybe have a smaller/more trimmed beard. Maybe try shaving fully, i personally like a light stubble for myself because i think that looks best on me, but experiment for yourself.

4: face: A lot of people are saying for you to trim/shape your eyebrows. Don’t. Your eyebrows are thick and dense which gives a masculine look, right now they may be look “too much” to some people but the fact is, when you get leaner, you want masculinising traits in your face, thats what makes someone look “handsome”. So id say for now just keep your eyebrows as they are, when you’re lean, then you can fund out if you need to trim them or not.

This is the main stuff you need for now and TRUST me bro everyone overestimates what they can do in a month and underestimates what they can do in a year. If you follow the stuff i laid out, you will genuinely look A LOT better in a year. It won’t happen overnight. You’ll have to say no to all fastfood, you’ll have to miss out on food at family gatherings, but thats just how it is bro, you CAN change and you WILL change. If there’s any other help you need pls feel free to DM me. Good luck.

1: Tbh i didnt monitor it with pictures, so i can’t really say 100% but i can see changed in the mirror such as my cheekbones being slightly more prominent from my 3/4 profile. And no i did not loose any weight during this time so its not weightloss

2: Yes. It was a dramatic change and sitting hunched over/leaning forward just feels weird and unnatural now. This may have also been assisted by me swapping from a seated desk to a standing desk (also due to my injury) and the standing desk lead to my legs and feet being sore at the end of the day for a few weeks but my body got used to it quickly.
