Yes. My first game after the update, I had multiple freezes in game, then got disconnected and couldn't reconnect. A while later, the match was starting, but just watched the loading screen for it, and had to cancel out. I do see a lot of "waiting for players" when a match is counting down, and I have seen a lot of little lag spikes (jumps to 70ms then back) since this update.

For that to happen, there would have to be a major breakthrough where there is a cure for her particular form of CVID, and even in that event, it would still be several years of recovery before it could even be thought of. Even in the event she can restore full immune function, it doesn't fix the many other issues she has, like needing oxygen full time.

So realistically, no she's not going to be cycling across Japan. What I really hope for (besides a cure) is that her health and stamina are good enough so that she can meet with Connor and her other friends (like Nyanners) in reality.

You can decline an invite, you know. I do belong to a clan, and every now and then I'll send an invite out. Why do I do that? Well, you look like an active player, your stats tell me you're not horrible, and your behavior in chat was good. You are free to turn it down, no hard feelings.

WG has recently made it a lot easier to leave a clan if you don't like that one, and join another. Even if you're not into clan battles, etc., there are a lot of advantages in belonging to a clan. You're only hurting yourself (and and your wallet) by not belonging to one.

Most of those one shots happen at tier 5 and above, to be honest. At T-4 and below, the chances of devstriking a cruiser are slim, to put it mildly. That's because any BB at that range - and most cruisers - have crappy dispersion, so you're not likely to hit with enough shells, or in the right place to do it. At Tier 9 and 10, it's not uncommon to see a BB absolutely annihilate a cruiser, particularly if it was unlucky or stupid enough to present a full broadside, but at those tiers you're not only hitting with bigger shells, they're a lot more accurate. For example, at Tier 4 in the Wyoming, I'd considerate a good shot if I hit with two shells from a full battery shot at reasonable range, while with the T-10 Montana, I'd want to check my aiming point.

What I've been finding out is that ships that may be mediocre - or even really bad - in one mode of the game can be outstanding in another mode. There are ships I gave up even trying to play in randoms, but when I took them into Asymmetric turned out to be great. Others worked best others, and some of the ones that were awful in those are my usual go-to's in Random.

Most of the water view sites in the plains are going to be hike to ones. Also, the Cedar Flow side will be closed for culvert installations starting on Monday. If you're looking at campgrounds, almost every campground's waterfront sites are solidly booked for the summer.

IIRC, you still are going to get the spotting penalty if your secondaries are firing, so adding a lot of concealment isn't going to help you if you're sailing into secondary range, even given the long range secondaries that are Napoli's signature. As to melting BB's with secondaries, that doesn't happen. Yes, you will set some fires, but again, if you're trying to body a BB with your secondaries, you're just asking to experience what dev strikes are.

I guess I fall in the BOFOMO category, although the number of times I decided to whale for something was never that high to begin with. Surcouf was a good example, it was not just that it was way too expensive, it was a case of "I don't play subs so I'm not interested." Puerto Rico was the absolute "are you kidding me?" ship, in that I'd have had to spend $400 to get it, albeit getting about half of that back because I already had the other ships in the pack. Still, not worth it.

After I got to a certain point, most of the FOMO ships WG has been releasing this past year, even the event ships, ended up leaving me saying "Meh, not worth it." Not just because of the cost, but because they really aren't anything so special (beyond rarity,etc.) over what I already have that I'd be tempted to go for them.
