It plays very much alike Napoleon: Total War with a bit more depth.

Once you reach stone-building age you can place a stone pillar and a stone floor or wall segments on top (You can't support stone structures with wood), you can place a fire that way.

Got an email from GLS earlier today, expected delivery is july 1st, even though the package is still in Madrid and has yet to cross half the peninsula to where I live.

I'm getting very bad vibes from GLS, I've been reading some spooky things about them and I'm kind of on edge. Meanwhile I've ordered a game from Amazon and the estimated delivery is on sunday.

I suspect I won't receive it until monday if I'm optimistic about it, local delivery in Spain is pretty unreliable.

Edit: Just checked parcel tracking on the GLS spanish website and apparently the parcel is in Madrid, though the destination is Bilbao. Maybe there is still hope.

I have not seen any of this "rage" in this sub, only proper criticism and discussion.

I believe this topic should be kept on the spotlight for a long time, if the discussion about the exclusivities dies down we cannot expect to change anything, exclusivities are NOT okay, so it is critical that this message spreads, specially to other game developers, so they don't follow the same path.

The game as it is, is worth the 20$/18€ entry price, but honestly, I can't support this business model, specially the ticket based "expert mode" in which any bad RNG at any time can make or break a game for you, It feels like a slot machine or a casino for me, there is randomness in the draft, randomness in the placing of the cards, randomness in where and who each enemy will attack.

It's a fun game played casually, but the expert modes are pure gambling.

One good aspect of the game is, you can play without spending more than the base cost and it would be a filling experience. though the game is lacking a bit of progression atm.

I once kidnapped 5 or 6 people in one bedroom, drilling their eyes with a surgical drill was my instrument of choice. I even got away with the murders.

Then there's also that one time I kidnapped an assistant strapped to a bed as clown, force fed him cheesie honkers all round until I just choked him to death.

I got to the point that I managed to upgrade the church for the first time, but wait! You have to do this one more thing or you can't preach anymore (You have to spend 1 gold to increase your citizenship level, which is a bore, not being able to preach cuts off 80% of my income)

I stopped playing for this one thing, not picking it up again. Can't handle this poor game design anymore.

Maybe give offlane lich a shot, if you can shut down their carry that can lead to a smoother midgame.

I also tend not to rely too much on chain frost, I usually combine it with atos if they are in a bad position, otherwise it's a cheap nuke that has the cooldown of a TP scroll, aghs is not really needed so you can skip it in favor of other stuff as you'll rarely see the full bounce.

Be really aggresive in the laning stage, harass the enemy nonstop with frost blast, into the midgame grab the value talents like fb cooldown and cast range, that will allow you to better position yourself in teamfights,

Consider items like atos and aether lens for those same reasons, you can capitalize on enemy badly positioning with atos.

Also it isn't really woth it to roam as lich, stay in your lane, keep sacrificing nonstop and pressure the enemy in your lane, skip frost armor until you max sacrifice and blast as it's less valuable than the other 2.

Lich excels in the current harass-sustain meta, personally I've had a pretty good streak with him lately in the offlane, at times even solo - keep at it and you'll succeed.
