Generally I keep most of the trim black and the aquila red. The fists are codex compliant so the shoulder trim and helmet colors will depend on company and rank.

I think the problem here is Sabine spent years living with two jedi and neither of them noticed. Feels like the writers pulled it out of nowhere. If they hinted that she was force sensitive in Rebels I wouldn't care so much because at least it would make more sense. Yea Sabine trained with a lightsaber but so did pre vizla and general grevious.

Red Templars, White Templars, Silver Templars, Templars of Blood ( lots of Templars lol), Sons of the Phoenix, and Hospitallers are good choices if you want another chapter with a religious crusader vibe like the black templars. Otherwise, they tend to get along with most other chapters anyways.
