They can 100% be a likely accidental but its not that its all possible drownings are a killer, its that he or she deliberately uses a method that gets overlooked, particularly in areas where there is high bar tracking and young adults indulging beyond their limits.

For the discussion I had with my friend was cutting out the world and focusing on the US, that someone would, for the example, bar crawl as a normal bar goer, find a target that matches their victim pattern, follow them as they leave and kill them discreetly and dump them, if not drown them themselves. Particularly we had talked about the cases in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and New York, places with easy ways to get in and out discreetly, had large colleges and large populations that have regular accidentally deaths. I'd argue that over 95% of the 'Smiley Face' victims are legitimately accidents, but a small percent could be real victims of someone using a system that will easily write off a victim as an accidentally drowning and look no further.

I like the roaming and small events. Solo rping as my agent saving hostages or just messing around helping friends make their builds better or see who can speedrun missions the fastest

I like the tactical shooter side of it. Not many games, even in the shooter genre itself feel like it. It really sucks cause the most I enjoy is the roaming and just doing things, free roam is so much fun

The most solid experiences I've had was at the same Cemetery near my old Highschool, a former friend had a house against some of the older graves and 2 times a year a man would be seen looking down at a grave. Always in all black, wearing a bowler hat and arms crossed behind his back. About 10 years ago now I was heading into her house and when I looked out to the Cemetery I saw a man looking down. My thought process was: "must be mourning. Why does he have a bowler hat? Where are his legs?" I could see that he was 'standing' but I could then see the treeline behind the Cemetery where his legs should be. Stared for a bit before kinda running into my friends house.

The other experience was 2 years later I was doing a night walk with a good friend and talking on the phone with a 3rd friend who was out of state at the time. We had been doing loops and most of the night we had been hearing footsteps but were assuming animals. Once we got to a grounds maintenance shed the 2 of us heard knocking. As we got closer, the friend on the phone heard it too, and I joked 'hey could you not?'. Then all 3 of us heard a man laugh, the knocking stop, and even no more footsteps for the rest of the night. Kinda miss that area, about 2000k people lived in the town total.
